  3. Oh wow, Polly. I did exactly what you said. Just stood up shook my arms and legs, a few neck rolls and a couple of deep breaths. I felt INSTANTLY better!!!  Thanks for the reminder. I may not be able to "exercise" but I can CERTAINLY "move!"
