Yes! There IS Good News – If You Know Where to Look

Yes, I'm a motivational speaker by profession. And yes, that means I look for the positive side of any situation. But even I found myself feeling dispair, hopelessness and pain for the victims of the Oklahoma tornado that recently ripped apart so many lives. I felt an overwhelming sadness as I saw report after report about the devastation and loss.  And then I read a wonderful blogpost by Marlo Thomas in the Huffington Post today that reminded me that there are, indeed, stories of hope, triumph and courage that can be found if we simply look.

While you will still want to help in any way that you can (Text "Redcross" to 90999 for an instant $10 donation), after you read her post, you will be reminded that there are indeed random acts of kindness and courage going on around us everywhere. Random acts that are making a huge difference for people. They are happening everywhere.
