  1. I hear you Linda!  It's like people saying they are a morning person. Can't everyone choose to be a morning person?  I think there are some people who will have excuses for just about every behavior that doesn't serve them. That's why there are such a great need for motivational speakers like you Miss Linda!

  2. Great advice to not make excuses. Sure we all have tendencies but through awareness can change. I had a Russian roommie in college who believed in astrology and I got quite interested for a time. When I found out I was "stubborn" according to the books, it was no surprise!! BUT I decided if that was truthful, than I needed to be even less so next time I wanted to dig in my heels. After all, now that I had the awareness, it was up to me to change. Not easy, but you just reminded me to go back to what worked years ago. Thanks, Linda!
