Ah, a brand new year! Optimism is dancing in every cell in my body because I know I can be successful at my list of resolutions this time. I know this because I made my list really easy. Easy but important. Here it is:
1. Drink more water and green tea (less coffee and wine)
2. Stretch (yoga, foam rolling, foot flexibility)
3. Stop filling every waking moment with busy work (rest, be calm, breathe)
4. Spend time every day on doing something to grow my speaking career (blog, write cookbook, rehearse stories, reach out to my incredible motivational speaker friends)
Then I realized that my list is very easy to remember in a rhyming rap song kind of way! (Cue beat box)
I'm going to Hydrate, Elongate, Meditate and Motivate! Yeau, yeau.
