Ouch! Red Hot Motivational Speaker!

Inflammation.  As a motivational speaker who is constantly traversing the country, I don’t even like to SAY that word.  I’ve got the knee that is “flaring” up, my low back that continually gives me problems, the right side of my neck which seems to get tighter and tighter.  Oh, and did I mention my finger that is red, hot and swollen from just having smashed it?

Okay, so I’m a bit of a hot mess, but consider me a HAPPY hot mess to have found this blog from Dr. Mommy telling us how to naturally reduce inflammation.  Down with the liver-damaging OTC and prescription drugs and up with – oh, say –  grapefruit!  So between the blog from Polly Pitchford about how RELAXING is actually exercising, and the Indian dinner I’m having tonight, I should be in GREAT shape

  2. I hope you woke up a little healthier this morning after an anti-inflammatory Indian meal and a muscle relaxing yoga pose! Hmmm, sounds like we’re learning a thing or two about a healthy lifestyle from the Indian culture. What’s true is that every ancient culture has their own amazing knowledge of how to treat the body right!
