Motivational Speaker Shares PERFECT Way to Change a Habit!

This actually WORKS!  In this video I was trying to help women stop the habit of putting themselves LAST on their to-do list, but I tell the story of how it REALLY helped me with my slight, teeny tiny, itty bitty, hardly noticeable habit of being a little bit…. controlling (always for the other person’s own good, btw.)

  1. I LOVE this Linda. What a brilliant way of relaying an important truth, from one of my favorite motivational speakers! It takes a lot of courage to hear someone tell us what we are doing wrong. I think many of us would be too scared to even ask. Great post. I’ll share.

  2. Hey Kelly, YES! As motivational speakers it is our JOB to keep working on ourselves. NOT so danged easy though, right?

  3. Super insight from a rockin’ motivational speaker. Never easy to change, but the benefits are off the charts. And the people who love us certainly benefit as well.

  4. Hey Linda – I loved your video and the message. The way you tell that story of your husband is great! I especially love the line about his ‘Home Depot Uniform!’ He sounds like he has a great sense of humor. If that weatherman gig doesn’t pan out, you could have a two motivational speaker family!!! :)

  5. Now I know why you’re such an engaging motivational speaker Linda! Funny delivery and oh so true about the Home Depot uniform. My husband has the exact same one! I’ve found that if I’m not shopping with him, no problem how he looks. BUT if I have to be seen with him, then my control issues kick in. Thanks for the fun lesson!
