Mirror Mirror in My Brain

As a motivational speaker, I have been talking about the “contagiousness” of emotions for a long time, and if you have ever been to one of my presentations you may remember that.

Well I now have FABULOUS science to back me up.  Go to the link below on the Science Channel and click on the link that says “Watch the Segment”.  You’ll see an absolutely fascinating video about “mirror neurons.”

They won’t call ME crazy anymore.  Well, at least not about this.

  1. When I first learned of this study, I walked around grocery stores, airports, etc. mirroring people’s faces and posture to see if it made me feel a connection to their feelings and attitudes. Always enjoyed when someone was mirroring a smile — like yours Linda and why this motivational speaker enjoys being around you!
