In the Words of Neil deGrasse Tyson – Look Up!

Motivational speakers are always encouraging people to get a bigger perspective – to step outside their world and look at the larger picture. Apparently we are not the only ones. This morning I had the good fortune to watch my husband, meteorologist John Scalzi, interview Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson who shared WHY looking up is so important. Here's the video clip.

Motivational Speaker Linda Larsen, CSP has been described by meeting planners and audiences as "hysterically funny," and "riveting." Known for her ability to connect on an authentic and emotional level with audiences, her spontaneous sense of humor, and her engaging and powerful stories, Linda is passionate about sharing ideas to help people live their finest, best, and most productive lives. Her riveting and true story of being kidnapped and held hostage at gunpoint by an escaped convict, and the strategies she used to escape, will give people the tools THEY need to rise above any of life's toughest challenges, to communicate more effectively with THEIR difficult person, and to find creative solutions to THEIR problems. 1. Could we love John anymore??  Haha! How very cool to have met Dr. Tyson, Linda! I do what he says at least twice a day: First thing when I wake up I go outside and look up to see what the sky is telling me and then right before the sun sets just to see and feel the end of another glorious day on this planet.

  2. I loved your hubby's response!

  3. As far as motivational speakers go, John should be on the stage! He exudes the humor, warmth and genuineness necessary…like you.
