I Am So Embarrassed

Calling all customer service providers! Calling all men and women in relationships! Calling all….people!  This one is for you. It's for those times when you do something thoughtless or idiotic and are not sure how to recover.  Read my first hand encounter with a US Airways flight attendant who snapped at me when I asked for a glass of water.  This – is a good one!

  1. This is such a great post, Linda. And it affirms the simple truth that people will forgive you when you admit to your mistakes. Look how QUICKLY you let it go, once she addressed her behavior. As a motivational speaker, I always say that people don't expect leaders who are perfect – but leaders who admit responsibility when they aren't. 

  2. I wouldn't have thought to use that phrase but it's so true!  "I'm so embarrassed" conveys all three messages perfectly.  Brilliant!
