How to Tame Your Leafy Greens

Not everyone is willing to cook new foods but I haven't met one person who isn't willing to throw some things in a blender and hit the "puree" button!  With all the studies showing that green leafy vegetables are the must nutrient dense of all fruits and veggies then I always encourage people to add just that group of greens to their diet and a blender is the easiest way to do so.

If there are any visual learners out there then this post is for you.  As a healthy lifestyles motivational speaker, I've found that one of the most effective tools to teach healthy habits are photos.  The other tool is physically demonstrating it.  Since I'm not at your house right now and can't whip up this yummy drink, you'll just have to make a shopping list from the photos below.

  1. Fabulous! And I think if people can get past the green color – they'll actually enjoy it! By the way, if you do one of these drinks a day, you'll notice something REALLY fabulous (or at least I do every time consistently drink these for a week or so. You will notice really clear sparkly eyes (the whites will look SO white) and your skin looks glowy and rosy. So thank you Polly for reminding me about this. I'll get back on a consistent drink a day regime!
