Not everyone is willing to cook new foods but I haven't met one person who isn't willing to throw some things in a blender and hit the "puree" button! With all the studies showing that green leafy vegetables are the must nutrient dense of all fruits and veggies then I always encourage people to add just that group of greens to their diet and a blender is the easiest way to do so.
