As much as I love the feeling I get after a good workout, I often have a hard time convincing myself to get up and get moving!  It’s always helpful to find new ways to motivate if the old ways aren’t working anymore.  I found this list on a fun website called “fitbottomedgirls” to be very useful.  See if any of the suggestions will help you get up and get moving!
