How to Get the Most Nutritional Bang For Your Buck

I am fortunate to have a very close relationship with the nation’s largest natural foods market, Whole Foods Market, and am excited to be involved in a new program that they are rolling out called Health Starts Here.  Back in 1980 when the store first opened, the owners just assumed that if you sold healthy products, the public would eat healthy meals.  32 years later they found themselves selling mostly natural “junk” foods and specialty cheeses instead of fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds.

I LOVE this list, Polly!  As a motivational speaker I travel so much and can get a little wiped out.  But I can DEFINITELY tell a big difference in how I feel when I am consistent with a daily intake of some of those GREAT items at the top of the list!  Thank you for posting this.  I used to have the list, lost it – and now have it again!!!
