  1. Were you in my bedroom listening to my brain this morning as I dug around for why I didn't have time to do my meditation before I left the house? Thank you for reminding me of my "why." So that I can be more calm, centered, relaxed, less stressed, clearer, more focused, healthier and happier. There you go. Can't get a "why" more powerful than that!
