  2. Thanks for posting about that blog. And, congrats on your 50 lb weight loss. No matter what kind of day you are having, you can always use that. “I may have lost out on that gig to another motivational speaker, but hey, I lost 50 lbs and kept it off!”. No one can take that away from you!

  3. I love the “track your progress” item. I think that is one of the biggest keys to keep us moving when we don’t FEEL like we can. Just look at our chart with the pounds lost, or the books read, or the sales calls made – or WHATEVER the goal is – and that can get you moving again…. Great share!
