  1. Great tips to overcome one of "those" days. Especially when I see my reflection in the mirror two hours after being awake and still have pillow creases in my face and pudgy sausages under my eyes.Thank goodness the skin over my eyes blocks half my sight!

  2. I do the whole freshen up routine: shower, shampoo, shave, lotion, makeup, nice clothes that feel comfortable on. Then I put on a "fake it till you make it" smile and by golly, a little shift happens!
