  1. This motivational speaker had just the opposite happen this past week, so I'm feeling a blog coming! Linda, I laughed hard when I read his response as I soooooooooooooo wanted to see your face up close and personal in that moment. You handled it like the pro you are, but too funny.

    • Oh Colette, I really don't think I handled it like too much of a pro in the moment. I was so shocked at his attitude and comments that I really did rather lose it. Oh well. I'm told that in fact they are reviewing the video now. Really? You wait 2 weeks to review the video? Or to even consider refunding the charge for a service I didn't get? Or talking to the customer who is reeeeeeally unhappy? Okay. Wait. I'm breathing.
