Diana Nyad swims to a new record…who cares? I DO!

My friend and motivational speaker colleague, Colette Carlson wrote a beautiful tribute to Diana Nyad after she accomplished an amazing goal after several failed attempts in the past.

I'm glad she posted such postive thoughts – we need it out there to silence the nay-sayers out there!  I was reading about Diana Nyad swiming from Cuba to Florida and many people (including this motivational speaker) were blown away by how she kept trying even at 64 yrs old!  I would like to see all those people who posted 'Who Cares?' online to be in a room with her answering questions from the media or giving an inspirational talk about what it took to persevere during all the difficulites.  I would like them to hear her story and then try to speak up and say 'Who Cares?'

My guess? They would be outnumbered.  That is, if I have anything to do with it!
