I've learned something about myself that I've always sort of known but now I have proof. For all the world to see if you want to share this thing! As a motivational speaker I always have butterflies before going on stage to speak to an audience. But any hesitation has to be thrown out of the window and you just have to get up there and jump in with both feet and an inner "woohoo" when you're introduced.
That's what I go through when the pressure is on. What I've confirmed about myself is that when it's just time to enjoy myself and someone else is at the helm then I have zero inhibitions of jumping up and joining in. That's what I want my audience to do when I speak so I'm more than willing to do the same when someone else is leading the pack.
The evidence is attached. To be honest, I felt minor frustration at not nailing the moves but major elation and joy at letting go in a class called "Let The Praise Begin" at last week's fitness conference. Enjoy (laugh, smirk, envy).
From your motivational speaker, Polly Pitchford, who reversed every diseased cell in my body from greatly reducing stress during that 90 minutes!
