Boring Eating for Better Health

We all know that we should eat "a wide variety of whole foods" for better health. Read my realistic opinion of this in my recent post and breath a little easier.

Motivational Speaker Polly Pitchford didn’t always know the phytochemical benefits of kale, in fact, those words weren’t even in her vocabulary 30 years ago. Neither did she see any reason to do jumping jacks on a cement surface for an hour. But all it took was a chance vegetarian cooking class and some high-energy music to open her eyes upon a whole new world of healthy living. For 30 years Polly has practiced, studied, taught, educated and lived a healthy lifestyle that makes her such a powerful speaker.

Polly’s down-to-Earth and humorous approach mirrors her own lifelong journey to lasting, positive changes. The audience walks away with tangible plans for improving their health and their lives through food, fitness and fun.

  1. Well the title of your post weirded me out at first, but it also intrigued me so I read on. And it makes SENSE! Especially if I get to spice things up at dinner and on the weekend!  I LIKE this one!

  2. I find that when I'm consistent, I make better choices. Then I get bored and go a wee bit too crazy. Need to read your posts and stay on track!

  3. Great advice Polly! I always do better when I plan rather than just dig for what's there!

  4. Planning and packing, such a good idea!  I'm planning on having healthy snacks at NSA just in case I'm tempted to go crazy there.  What are your snacks for NSA?  We should have a boring snack challenge!!!!
