  1. I am sooooo guilty of faulty focus, Colette. I feel like I'm focusing on ten things at once – all the time.  So in order to not kill myself, I have been working on this faulty focus of mine. So thank you for the awesome amazing advice that is so timely and needed in my life right now.  Here are two questions I am constantly asking myself:

    1. What is the best use of my time today?

    2. Does this really need to be done?

    3. Does this really need to be done right now?

    Now if I can just get off Facebook!

That is so funny that I should read this timely post now.  I discovered that my gym has a new treadmill that is ultra fancy with cool treads and of course a TV to distract my cardio workout.  Today, I actually did over 7000 steps while watching numbing TV!  My focus is going to be to limit my TV (which I watch way too much of) and reward myself by watching whatever I want while I'm in the gym getting my 10,000 steps a day goal off to a good start!!
