Love your positioning of “upgrades” Polly. I’ve been working on upgrading my intake for years and STILL have such a long way to go. Thanks to living in such a great location, I’m able to assemble some delicious meals. Yes, assemble is my word. I’m not really a cook. But, you continue to inspire me.
I like the idea of using your word “assemble” in some of my communications about eating healthy, Colette! You don’t have to be a great cook to eat healthy foods, you can “assemble” a plate of delicious/nutritious! Brilliant!!!! Thank you!
