  1. Wowzer!!! I'm happy to report that I have ALL those in my kitchen! Well, the chia seeds are still wrapped in their package on the shelf where they have been for about a month. But NOW I will put them to good use! Thanks for the list Polly!!! AND for the ways to USE the foods you recommend. You've made one traveling, wiped out, over-sugared motivational speaker very very happy.
